Pet Sitting Services

Policies:

Consultation Visit:

This is where our sitter will come out and meet you and your pet to be introduced. The sitter will then complete the Client Profile and the Pet Profile, and will go over the Service Agreement and Cancellation Policy you, as well as any questions you might have about the service we provide. This consultation is free of charge.

Payment:

Upon signing the contract, two copies of the house key must be presented to the sitter. For the initial visit, full payment is required in either cash, check or credit card form. Once you are a regular customer, we can either just charge the credit card we have on file, or just invoice you for the services rendered.

Cancellations:

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of booked appointments. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before would result to a cancellation charge that is 50% of the base surcharge.

Safety:

To ensure the safety of your pet and home, no other person apart from the sitter will be allowed access to your home's premises. Failure to comply with this requirement will be considred a breach of contract.

Visits:

Dogs: We recommend for them to be visited 3 times a day, but no less than once every 12 hours.

Cats: We recommend for them to be visited every 12 hours, but no less than once every 24 hours.
